Description
A man has today, Wednesday 21 October, been jailed for eight-and-a-half years after being convicted of a rape in Liverpool.
On Saturday 23 November 2024 a woman reported she had been the victim of rape at a property in Toxteth.
Following enquiries, including a CCTV appeal, a man was arrested and charged and today Mohammed Benradi, 27, a Moroccan national, of Hatherley Street, London, appeared at Liverpool Crown Court for sentencing.
Detective Constable Andrew Littler of our specialist Unity Team said:
“Benradi is behind bars where he belongs and I hope his sentence will give his victim a degree of closure and allow her to move on with her life.
