Description
A man who raped a 13-year-old girl in Dulwich has been convicted of breaching a court order.
Gholahun Shittu was jailed for eight years in 2015 when aged 24 he befriended a 13-year-old girl using Facebook then raped her.
Shittu, now 34, of Wards Wharf Approach in Silvertown, has now been convicted of further offences.
He was found guilty of three charges of breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) by failing to let police inspect three phones in his possession in May last year.
The SHPO was made to protect the public following his 2015 conviction.
Shittu appeared at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on August 13.
He was sentenced to six months in custody suspended for one year.
