Description
A man has been sentenced to 16 years’ imprisonment following his conviction on a number of non-recent sexual offences against a girl.
48-year-old John Anthony Searle of Bay Road in Bracknell, was convicted by jury of one count of rape of a girl under 13, and two counts of sexual assault of a girl under 13.
Searle will have to sign the sex offenders register for life and made the subject of Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
The offences were non-recent and he assaulted his victim over a two-year period.
