Police have launched an appeal to trace a man wanted for breaching his sex offender licence conditions.

Luke Clark, 31, who is wanted on recall to prison, is around 5' 6, stocky, is bald and has dark short facial hair.

Clark has a sleeve tattoo in dark ink on his left arm, with a skeleton tattoo on his left hand.

He has links to Accrington, Blackburn and Burnley.
