Description
A West Winch man has been convicted of sexually assaulting a woman and banned from approaching lone women in public.
Kelvin Morgan, 47, of Watering Lane, West Winch appeared at Chelmsford Crown Court last week and was found guilty of unwanted sexual touching of a female over 16 inside an address on 17 January 2024.
He was sentenced at the same court yesterday (Monday 12 May 2025) to three months in prison (which he has already served in prison since he was remanded last year). He has also been put on the sex offenders register for seven years and handed an interim Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).
