We can confirm that a Wirral man has been sentenced to three years in prison for sexual offences at Liverpool Crown Court today, Friday 5 July.
Kyle Moore, 21, from Eastham, was found guilty in June of two counts of sexual activity with a child aged 13-15.
The offences took place in 2023.
As well as a three-year prison sentence, Moore was also handed a seven-year Restraining Order from contacting the victim.
Speaking following the sentencing, Detective Sergeant Rebecca Igglesden said: "Moore is a sex offender who preyed on his young and vulnerable victim and we welcome that today he has been dealt with by the courts.
