Description
Matthew Wiles, 34, was found guilty of 11 child sexual offences and two physical mistreatment charges for raping two children under 13.
The court found Wiles guilty of no remorse for the pain and suffering caused to the children. One of the children has been diagnosed with autism, and their education has been significantly affected.
Wiles was jailed for 18 years and given an extended license period, bringing his total sentence to 19 years.
He must register as a sex offenders' register for the rest of his life and be subject to a 25-year sexual harm prevention order.
