A WIRRAL man who breached his Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) has been jailed for 20 months.
Wayne Thomas, was sentenced yesterday (Thursday, August 1) at Liverpool Crown Court.
Thomas, 23 and from Birkenhead, is a Registered Sex Offender and required to adhere to conditions under the Sex Offender Register and his SHPO.
Bell was found to have breached his conditions when he had unsupervised contact with a young girl under the age of 18, without the consent of the child’s parent and the approval of Children's Social Services.
