Description
A PAEDOPHILE is due to be sentenced at a crown court after he admitted breaking a sexual harm prevention order.
Christopher Kenneth Wear was given the order in 2017 after he admitted making indecent images of children.
The 34-year-old found himself in court again he was charged with breaching the order.
Magistrates heard he used social network sites including Facebook, Twitter and Instragram, which he was prohibited to do.
He also possessed an internet-enabled iPhone in a further breach of the order.
South Cumbria Magistrates' Court heard the offences were carried out in Dalton on February 12.
Wear pleaded guilty to two charges of breaking the order and is due to be sentenced at Preston Crown Court on February 12.
The defendant, of Longwood Avenue in Waterlooville, Hampshire, appeared in court via video link.
He was bailed ahead of the sentencing hearing.
The prevention order was issued at Preston Crown Court in 2017 after he admitted three counts of making the images between September 2009 and November 2016, and one of possession of images.
