A teenager has avoided a prison sentence after he was convicted of raping and sexually assaulting his 10-year-old step-sister.
In 2015, Ben King of Portsmouth appeared at court and was found guilty of raping a child aged under 13 and sexual assault of child aged under 13
The court was told that the rape took place in 2010 when King was a teenager
King was sentenced to:
- Two year youth rehabilitation order with supervision requirements.
- King was classed as a category 1 registered sex offender and level 2 risk management.
